When I was first diagnosed with cancer my body was in a critical state. When I was at the Optimum Health Institute in California I learned that my body needed to be revitalized and replenished without having to drain it with complex proteins. Proteins are foods that restore and rebuild but most are hard to digest. I never forgot the powerful knowledge I gained when discovering how significant the sunflower seeds protein is. It is one of the most powerful proteins out there especially when combined with sesame seeds. The two make a complete protein. When I was so weak I especially noticed the significant effect the sunflower seed had for good. It is because of this endearing experience to this seed that I am always trying to create gourmet dishes to showcase it’s greatness. This is definitely one of my best. If you are eating for detox, this recipe is your best friend!
