SHORT REVIEW:
alfredo cheese sauce - This cheese sauce gives you many advantages. It has the pristine flavor to it’s cheese. Very much a gourmet grade. It offers great diversity for all the dishes it can be used in. It is probably one of the easiest fastest recipes ever created by Shelley. It has become the foundation for many dressings and dips as well. It’s nutrition value offers you protein without the mucus side effects that come from conventional cheese. This is a classic, a must for your collection!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I introduce a new ingredient in this recipe. As you know, the unknown can always be intimidating. For that reason I want to offer you some information that may take away some barriers. This new ingredient is not commonly used in the conventional world, but it should be. It’s not expensive. It is easy to get at any supermarket and it adds incredible flavor and dimension to a recipe with so little effort. But let me not forget to add it has live enzymes and significant nutrition! It’s easier than salt or pepper and adds so much more character to a recipe. I use it in many recipes and feel confident you will fall in love with what it has to offer.
